People
What our employees say
People love working at Webfusion. While we always strive to fulfil our business goals, we believe in a life-work balance. We feel it's important our people can express themselves outside of the office, and then bring that positive energy back to work.
Parmjeet Dhanoa Project Manager
My career in project management was kick-started by a degree in Product Design and a Masters in International Business. I came to work at Webfusion to become a project manager with an industry specialism. Being at Webfusion allows me to focus on IT products, and I really enjoy the exposure of working with so many different departments.
The culture at Webfusion is brilliant; there are really open levels of communication right across the company. In fact, it’s always good to get a fresh perspective, so whenever I get the chance I love to go travelling. Visiting new countries and sampling their cultures is always an amazing experience.

Simmi Ladwa Marketing Executive
Working at Webfusion allows me to balance my career with being a young mother. Stockley Park has an excellent nursery; both the staff and facilities are great. The nursery gives me a fantastic back up for when I can’t get a child minder. Although I’m a dedicated mother I also have career ambitions, so it’s important that I can build upon my marketing degree and CIM qualification.
Primarily my job is to liaise with our affiliate networks and increase sales, in this role I have to be reactive and on the ball. I see our affiliate partners as my virtual sales force. Outside of work I’m always busy with family events.

Andrew Chisholm Web Designer
The best thing about designing web graphics and animations for Webfusion is the challenge of working across our various brands. Each brand has a different look and feel that stretches your creativity. Graduating from University with a Multimedia degree propelled me into new media design. I’ve always been very creative, so going to work in the morning is a real pleasure.
Working at Webfusion is cool. I can drive into work and easily park. The company canteen serves up some really tasty dishes, and there’s plenty of green space to walk around during lunch. When I’m not jazzing up web pages, I play the saxophone in various bands.

Caroline Jellyman Human Resources Executive
My extensive background in corporate training has seen me working in both the private and public sectors. Coming to work at Webfusion brought to me the challenges of a new and exciting industry. A big part of my role is to oversee our recruitment structure and strategies. For example, I am responsible for managing our student internship scheme with the local Brunel University.
It’s vital in my job to keep in touch with what is happening in all aspects of the business, but our friendly and social environment make that much easier. Another great bonus of working here are the lakes and greenery surrounding our offices, which are lovely to walk around and even give the opportunity for office meetings outside during summer.

Ian Ford Customer Accounts Advisor
With my background in retail management I really enjoy being customer focused. I particularly love interacting with a broad range of people on a daily basis. Talk to anyone here at Webfusion and they’ll tell you the same thing, the environment is great. The relaxed, yet professional, atmosphere really helps everybody work together.
The company is currently offering me the opportunity to undergo an NVQ training course to further my skill base. I’ve already received extensive IT training since joining Webfusion two years ago, which is fantastic for my career prospects. In my spare time I enjoy going to music concerts – it’s nice to take a break from talking.

Amardeep Jass Technical Support
The nicest aspect of my job is helping people to resolve technical problems. It’s really satisfying to be told by customers how much my help means to them. My degree in Design for Interactive Media has really helped me in this role. Also working in such a people orientated company certainly creates a feel good factor.
Stockley Park has excellent facilities. I can workout at the gym before work and pop in to the salon during lunch breaks. The social scene at Webfusion is brilliant; we have regular karaoke nights and fun days for charity events like Red Nose Day and Children in Need. We have recently started a running club too – which should keep everybody on their toes

Catalin Pogor Web Developer
I’m based at Webfusion’s Romanian office. We’re in constant contact with our London HQ and I frequently fly over in person, which is great for brushing up on my English skills. My academic background in Informatics led me to a content editing role on behalf of a major website. In the evenings I taught myself to code websites, and after having freelanced for a while I joined Webfusion.
Our Romanian office is tight-knit, but with several departments; so I get involved in lots of varied discussions. This makes coding really rewarding, as you can see how your work fits into the bigger picture. Outside of work I love going to exotic destinations, but never to places where the tourists flock.

John Osel Kwaku Technical Trainer
After a year of working in technical support I was promoted to the role of Technical Trainer. It’s my job to train staff and ensure that our customer care is second to none. Coming from a customer service background I fully appreciate the importance of looking after our customers, and I love passing my knowledge on to others.
I really enjoy the challenge of keeping up to date with our latest products. Working in web technology is exciting, as you never know what is coming up next. Best of all, the atmosphere at Webfusion is friendly, vibrant and fun. Working with such diverse people helps me with my amateur acting, believe me – I’m never short of inspiration!

Dan Pearce Product Manager
I entered the world of technology design with my own business. I had great success retailing automated DVD machines, and I won Young Entrepreneur of the year for the Midlands region. I then decided to utilise my skills in a corporate role, so joining Webfusion was the perfect career move. Web technology is a fast-paced industry – and it’s always evolving.
I take massive pride in seeing my design concepts being realised on a global scale. But working at Webfusion is also a lot of fun. I manage the company football team, and we play a league game every Thursday night. I mix my day job up with DJ’ing drum and bass records by night.

Kulvinder Basra Finance Team Leader
As an accountant I relish the challenge of working for a busy corporation. This allows me to gain the necessary experience to build upon my accounting degree and CIMA qualification. My role is both challenging and rewarding. Overall I have to ensure that my team meets deadlines, to allow the reporting of accurate financial figures.
Not only does Webfusion have a great atmosphere, it is welcoming and laid back and has an excellent location. Stockley Park offers many amenities such as food places, bars and a gym. After a day of crunching numbers, I relax by potting some balls at my local snooker club, playing football with work colleagues and cycling.
